Family Dentistry
Tilden Family Dental offers dentistry for the entire family. We understand that adults & children have different needs & we address them all. Adults want the best technology, the most informed doctors & the highest-quality care, while kids want to be comfortable & respected. That’s why our dentists have extensive experience working with both adults & children. We can make your dental experience more enjoyable for everyone.Restorative Dentistry
We provide various treatment options for the repair of diseased or traumatized teeth. These include fillings, crowns, & space maintainers if needed.Mercury-Free Dentistry
We understand your concerns regarding the use of mercury fillings. Accordingly, at our office we have elected to offer our patients the option of using new advanced fillings made of tooth-colored materials that contain no metals or mercury, as an alternative to traditional silver fillings.Orthodontics
Having straight teeth is important for both health & appearance. Not only do we have traditional metal braces, but we also offer newer, subtler varieties. One option is clear braces, which straighten teeth without calling attention to the fact that you have braces. Another option is Invisalign®, a unique new treatment option. Rather than using wires & brackets, Invisalign® uses custom-made, removable aligner trays that move teeth into place discreetly & comfortably. The aesthetic aspect is important because having a smile you love can affect your happiness & self-esteem, whether you are an adult, a teenager or a child. Invisalign®
Invisalign® is the revolutionary way to help you get even, straight teeth without noticeable, painful metal braces. Virtually undetectable, Invisalign® aligners are made of strong, clear plastic that gradually guide your teeth into perfect alignment. Unlike metal braces, they have no wires or brackets. Tooth impressions are made, from which Invisalign® develops customized aligners that will slide directly over your teeth. Aligners are typically worn full-time (except when eating or drinking) for 12 to 48 months — no longer than you would wear traditional metal braces. Aligners are replaced every two weeks as your teeth shift into place.
Dental & Restorative Implants
Dental implants are essentially permanent, attached teeth that replace partials, bridges or dentures. A titanium implant is permanently attached to your bone & a prosthetic tooth (crown) is attached to the implant. Implants are preferred to bridges because they can improve your bite without damaging neighboring teeth (like a bridge might). Treatment can be finished in three to five visits over the space of about four to 12 months.
Dentures
To increase speaking & chewing ability, we attach a customized denture to individual implants or a row of implants, securing the denture in place. They look completely natural, are long-lasting & are quite durable.
Lumineers® Porcelain Veneers
Veneers are an excellent alternative to crowns & can perfect your smile by masking stains, hiding chips, correcting misalignment & creating uniformity. We feature Lumineers®, which can be placed over existing teeth without the removal of any form of tooth structure. Therefore, anesthesia & temporaries are not required. The no-prep technique is perfect for stained, chipped, misaligned or spaced teeth. Bonding porcelain to enamel creates a solid, secure bond.ZOOM!® Sapphire™ In-Office Teeth Whitening
